Being grateful and counting our blessings should be the first step of the day. When we get up in the morning and we are enjoying a coffee, we should start thinking of a few things we can be grateful for.

Grateful people are happier and healthier! Focusing on the good is for our better mental health.

No one has this down perfect, believe me - but here are a couple of ideas to help us stay in a more grateful state of mind.


- Control Your Thoughts - Replace and Stop all Negative Thoughts

- Keep Your Cool -

Protect Your Perspective and Your Focus

- Give of Your Time - 

Visit a Friend and/or Send a Card to Someone


- Giving of yourself will also help you be grateful, happy & healthy.

When we help others we also see our own situation may not be so bad which will also stir up gratefulness.
